Q. Is this website free to register/join?
A. Yup! It certainly is.
Q. How do I add friends in Bull2?
A. Currently, the only way to add friends is to find them using the friend finder Search Box (My Page) and click on the Add Friend link. In the future there may be other ways.
Q. Why should I add people as friends in BullSquared, are there any advantages?
A. The main reason of adding friends is if you find somebody of a similar playing level (eg. Chess) or if you click on an intellectual level (wtf?), adding them as a friend allows you to send personal messages to them (to arrange when to play next, for example). Other than this, no.
Q. Why are there no records of game results between gamers?
A. Bull2 is for playing games in a relaxing, non-comptetitive and friendly environment. Game records on certain sites have been seen to encourage cheating.
Q. My game has stopped responding to keyboard input, why?
A. Most likely the playing area (applet) has lost its focus, simply mouse click anywhere inside the playing area to regain the focus.
Q. Why do none of the games work?
A. Most likely that Java is not installed or you are sitting behind a company firewall. To install java click here
Q. Every now and again (approx about 1 in 20) the multiplayer games don't work and display a blank page, why?
A. I dont know. We will investigate and hopefully fix this one day. In the meantime a browser refresh solves the issue.
Q. Do Bull2 games store or require any information to be stored on my PC?
A. No. None of the games on Bull2 contain any java security pop-ups (to request access to your PC) or will ever do so in the future.
Q. Other sites let me play multiple games simultaneously, but not this one, why?
A. Well, isnt it just annoying when your opponent takes 2 minutes to make a simple move?
Q. When I click on a Multi-Player Game, My Page or Chat I am re-directed the main page, why?
A. Hmmm!! Have you logged in? I suspect not. These pages are only accesible for registered users (and who are logged in).
Q. Game xxxxx doesn't work or runs very slowly on my PC, why?
A. I dont know. Games on Bull2 have been tested on various PC's and Operating Systems and mostly work fine, however we are a one-man team and dont have the time and resources to check all games work for all specs, sorry!
